How to mount storage box in Windows?

Note: SMB Support should be enabled to mount storage box using SMB.

1. Open “This PC”, Right-click inside the window → Map network drive.

2. Select a Drive Letter

3. Choose any free drive (example: Z:).

4. Enter the SMB path:
In the “Folder” box, enter:
\\HOSTNAME\backup

5. Enable the checkbox
✔ Reconnect at sign-in
✔ Connect using different credentials

6. In the pop-up, enter Username & Password.

7. Please contact the support team in case of any issue.

SMB is recommended. If you want to use WebDAV, please go ahead and enter the URL in the path.
