3. Click on the New Ticket+ to create the new ticket.
4. Fill the details to create the ticket: a. Select the service. b. Select the IP/Domain. c. Select the Issue/Category: Please take care while selecting this, we have some categories in which ticket get auto resolved/checked by your bot system. Always read the red line. d. Explain the issue in the details in the text box. e. Attachment: It is optional, please always share screenshot of the error as it helps us to troubleshoot the issue. f. Click on Create Button.
5. Once ticket is created, you will get the message with the ticket number.
