If your Web hosting has expired and you are not seeing the renewal option, please note that the renewal option is automatically disabled after the 7-day grace period from the date of expiry.
If you see a “Restore” option, you can restore your hosting by paying the restoration fee.
Once the restoration payment is completed, the renewal option will be re-enabled, allowing you to renew your hosting service normally.
Follow the steps below to complete the restoration process.
1. Login to client area.
2. If your hosting got expired, and option of restore is visible in client area, then you may restore it by paying a restoration fee.
3. You will be redirected to the below page where you can find the details. Click on the Pay button.
4. It will take you to the checkout page. Once you make the payment, the option to renew will become active in the client area.
