How to check if VPS is UP or Down?

1. Open command prompt in your windows laptop/Desktop.

2. USe ping command to test if the VPS is UP or not.


3. If you are getting response it means VPS is UP. If you are not getting any response, it means either the VPS is down or your port is blocked in the firewall which is blocking from the ping.

4. You can restart the VPS from your client area and check again.

5. If you are still facing any issue with the VPS, please create the ticket for the support team.
